    Environmentally balanced and sustainable project

    • 780 acres (317.4 hectares)of the 1066 acres (433 hectares) owned by the investment group will remain in its’ natural state
    • The Crown reserve is 37 acres (14.97 hectares) or less than 3.47% of the lands owned by the investment group
    • The project conforms to the Haliburton Official Plan
    • The project conforms to the Highland East Official Plan
    • An estimated $40,000,000 of new economic activity to the region
    • Protect Centre Lake from any invasive mining or industrial uses
